This telehealth provider only caters to heterosexual patients. It does not offer Oral/rectal STI testing, or HIV testing (because apparently straight people don’t get HIV). The services are also way overpriced. 2 Doxy pills for $20, when they only cost 40¢ each. Would not recommend, there are better providers that offer more complete (and often free) sexual healthcare in a non-discriminatory fashion.

Expensive !!!! But in an emergency it’s good because they are fast

"Fast and easy" is false advertising. 14 hours later and I know I won't be getting the prescription I need until tomorrow at this point. This company charges you up front for the prescription but then leaves you hanging awaiting a call from a provider they assure will call at any moment... if they provided a real time estimate of when that call would come, I could have gone to urgent care for the care I needed and be recovering instead of still miserable without medication and no idea when I will finally get this promised call. What a terrible company.

This is a scam. Wisp said my prescription was sent to my pharmacy. Pharmacy never received it. Customer Service says they called my pharmacy and claimed they were closed. They NEVER CALLED! I took it all the way up with my pharmacy's corporate team for investigation. The prescribing physician did not exist in their database, RED FLAG! Then, instead of Wisp figuring out with the pharmacy I'm comfortable, they made me choose a different pharmacy - where that is still not done! Definitely not a good service, if even legitimate. Highly disappointed.

I was not able to pick up my prescription because the doctor on file was claimed to be not listened not in their system. I need a refund.

Never received product. Tracking said it was out for delivery, however, landed at the front desk, which I’m hoping is the Post Office, but am not sure. As I live in a single standalone home.

I have used hello wisp a few times and they started off as promised "medications in under three hours". If you are going to be so bold enough as to advertise this, you should try your very best to adhere to it. Being a healthcare worker myself, I understand how things can backed up with many patients. However, it should not take 7+ days to even be acknowledged only AFTER I've reached out asking for a refund especially with the amount of money that is charged. Each time I get the same generic response that the doctors are busy. If the workload is too overwhelming it may be helpful to either hire more MD's or NP's or simply change your slogan so that people don't have these unrealistic expectations. My recommendation for others would be to use GoodRX instead, at least they deliver as promised in less than an hour.
