I usually love ya’ll and I know my body well. Though it seemed like a yeast infection, I am sure it is BV since it hasn’t cleared. Now I have yo spend my birthday with an infection because y’all didn’t want to give me meds. Also I am angry that y’all just ruled in HSV. My doctor gave me that medicine because of cold sores. Imma still use the service, I just think it is best to listen to the customer. For whatever reason I get BV and yeast infections simultaneously.

Great customer service, but I purchased the Firm Up cream and the bottle seemed empty as nothing would come out. I let them know and the sent another one free of charge. While I was able to use it for a few days (when I pumped repeatedly to get only a small amount) it has now stopped working. Everything else about the company is great, but not being able to use my expensive product due to the bottle is frustrating. I don’t think I will continue to order the cream from them.

I would like to see a list of participating pharmacies by state when choosing the Pharmacy delivery option, not knowing which pharmacies in your state/city participate can delay receiving prescriptions we have paid for. It should also include if prescriptions aren't picked up a reminder message on our WISP dashboard would pop up indicating the prescription is ready @ named pharmacy and location chosen.

Very easy but takes forever to ship. Not recommended for urgent situations.

Would recommend pick up at a local pharmacy as the mail order prescriptions are slow to ship. I haven’t gotten a shipping update on my order yet. Other than that, seems to be an ok experience. I’m still new here so I’ll write another review after a little time passes.

It was OK just not interested any longer

I paid $44 thinking that would be all I am paying for. Went to the pharmacy and still had to pay another $30. So I paid for a prescription. Never in my life have a paid for a prescriptions. Neve will I purchase from here again.

This is one of the least effective websites I ever use. I was in an inescapable cycle of having to answer the same questions over and over and then once again. The "provider" piece comes in at the end, so you have to go through everything again. It jumped around, kicked me out, and I am right now not even clear if I got my order through. This has happened enough times I am likely not coming back here.
