In severe pain for a UTI, I messaged doctor at like 10 am didn’t get back to me till 9:40 PM. AND THEY ATILL DODNT GIVE ME ANTIBIOTICS YET. The pain is just getting worse. It’s currently 4:26 am the next day still haven’t heard back. At least for a UTI, Dr.B is way better.

It takes so long to get the prescription, so if you need it ASAP on the weekend for example…you are fu…ed. So, order ahead and have the medication in your hands for your next outbreak.

GoodRX is better- This service is expensive and slow

Wish I could give a more nuanced rating. The process was simple, the response was quick, and I had an Rx sent to my pharmacy almost immediately. However, 5 days after taking the antibiotic (that wasn’t working) I realized through additional research that a urine culture for a UTI in order is truly necessary — to identify the bacteria and assign an appropriate drug — that isn’t resistant. I am so disappointed this was not made explicit in the process.

I have a trip coming up And I purchased the period delay pills so I could enjoy my trip. I’m taking the pills right now and currently they’re fine, But my experience with the communication from this company wasn’t too great. After I had purchased the pills online Someone has sent me a personal message asking for some information and I had replied within the span of three minutes And then it was silent for two hours, and I had questions that I was asking, but nobody was answering me for hours. Once I simply asked If by chance I didn’t get the product in time if I’d be able to get a refund, Almost immediately, I got a message saying that my entire order was canceled. This Stressed me out because I’ve heard about these pills and I was excited to take them to see how they worked out and I had gotten a discount from the website. But since My order was canceled without my consent , I sent multiple emails/ messages Asking what went wrong and I didn’t hear anything back. So I had to purchase the item again this time without the discount because I was no longer able to use it. The product itself is fine, but the person I spoke to just seemed very passive aggressive to me. I don’t think I was inappropriate Orr out of line,I was just curious. I think is weird that I was messaging them for hours asking for information And I didn’t hear anything but the second I mentioned a POSSIBLE refund my entire order was canceled within minutes. I like the product, and I will buy it again in the future, but for my first time working with this company, it didn’t get off to a good start

Prescription was sent to the pharmacy quickly, but the supplementary products I ordered to be shipped have taken a long time to arrive. In fact, I have already finished the course of medication, and the other products have still not arrived!

Service was good but had to pay another $15 at pick up when it was supposed to be free.
