Placed an order and chose one of the local pharmacies. CS responded that they couldn't call the order in to the pharmacy that I chose. Asked what other options I had. Shen offered one literally 800 miles away. Waited hours for the response asking for a local pharmacy that I still haven't received. Extremely simple fix that I have already burned half a day on that still isn't resolved.

I used wisp before with no problem. My visit recently was a very bad experience for me. My emails have been ignored and it has been 5 hrs and my status is still stuck on “under review”. I’m waiting on a dr to call my prescription in to a pharmacy. This is horrible. Never had to wait this long. As soon as im able to get a refund, I’m switching to “call on doc”. It only takes 1-2 hrs. And you can pay extra for 45 minute service.

Wisp claims to proudly serve all 50 states, but after going through the entire order process, giving them my medical information, and uploading my ID, they then canceled my order because the state where I live requires a short phone call with the provider/doctor which they currently don't offer. If they're lying about how many people they're able to serve, what else are they lying about? I've never had a website like this let me go through the entire process when they aren't even set up to serve my state. I'm wary of them, frustrated, and wish I hadn't given them my personal information.

I would leave less than one star if possible. I paid $90 for medication for a UTI. What are systems of a UTI? Pain, fever, etc. Well because I have the normal symptoms listed on their form, I got an EMAIL from a “Doctor” stating urinary tract and fever symptoms are severe and suggested I go to a “Doctor” to seek treatment. No phone call or anything. Now I do not have my $90 or the medication I need to get better. THIS COMPANY DOES NOT TREAT UTIs.

The physicians for my state weren’t able to conduct the necessary phone consultation. So I was unable to use the service, I hope for the future they will have a list of states that they are unable to operate in so that i can preserve my time.

Wisp has less transparent pricing than its competitors. It’s confusing because no matter how many prescriptions or refills you’re getting, the cost for a consultation should be the same. Wisp charges per medication or quantity of medication which is not true of its competitors. Say with a competitor you pay $30 for a consultation fee. This one time appointment will cover an annual rx of something like birth control. Wisp asks you to pay something like $15 quarterly for this. Over the course of a year, that’s $60 or twice as much as its competitors. Wisp never makes this clear though, it’s not in the FAQ. In addition to the actual prescription, you’ll be paying for the prescription at the pharmacy. It’s less convenient and more expensive than its competitors. Also Wisp needs to work on its price transparency. Hard pass.

I still do not have requested prescription. Customer service score: 0. My order was canceled after I posted this review and more than a week of nothing but hassles. After I submitted this review, Wisp also tried to claim that I had no order (that they canceled) to get the review removed. Not impressed. I was 'invited' to change my review. No. This is all just part of the same bad experience.
