Why charge my card if I still have to go through a bunch of bs to get my prescription?? A waste of time and money! I am so upset. You guys didn’t say anything about insurance! Why ask for insurance if you guys are having us pay over 100 bucks for prescriptions anyway???? I am NOT happy.

Horrible service. They sell it with that cute ad, but it's actually just an intermediary to get a prescription for a SINGLE DOSE that you could easily get through your PCP, way cheaper. With Wisp you pay $20 to get that prescription and then pay for the med in the pharmacy. In my case they didn't even tell me it was ready for pick up. It took over a week to actually get the med, so this doesn't fit for an emergency. I guess if you are uninsured, and plan ahead, you can find this useful, but for me, I feel I was misled... I thought this was a subscription to get one month worth of med, and each $20 would be for every following month... that's what I thought from the ads but it's really different

I did wisp care to get prescription they canceled my order and told me me I need to order the medication from their site instead. Mind you they charge 65$ for a script I can get for 12$ from Walgreens….. I’ll just keep using express care!

i’ve tried multiple times to get a prescription for birth control they made me wait days before even hearing back each time. Every time they said that i would need a virtual meeting with one of their doctors. I asked when i could complete that visit and they told me they were backed up and couldn’t complete the order. I ended up having to use the hers app to get my prescription and they took great care of me. Wisp I’d give you 0/5 stars if i could. DO BETTER!!

What a terrible experience and waste of my time. My order required a call with a doctor. They told me one would call within 24 hours (typically). I kept following up for 7 days and still no doctor called me. Everytime I followed up they told me my order was being prioritized and someone would call me ASAP. They then cancelled my order claiming no providers in my state were available to do the phone consultation. If no doctors were available in my area they should have told me that from the start. My bank account had the charge pending the entire time. That has luckily dropped off since they cancelled. They then told me I could re-order and try again but that there might be a delay. Seriously?! My issue isn't that they couldn't provide the product and service, my issue is that they lied and kept telling me they marked my order as priority only to cancel because no providers available. Just tell me that from the start so I'm not waiting a week for no reason.

I never got none of my products or my prescription I can't get ahold of no one can't talk to no one in person very unsatisfied with this company
