Over twoo weeks taking this probiotics and I feel no change. Before they send me cápsulas and they were great. This time is a pressed pill, I’ve never seen a probiotic in this kind of presentation and it doesn’t work.

Do not use this service. It’s worse than a waiting room. Customer service is absolute garbage. They take forever to get back to you if you have any questions. You have to pay for the medication AGAIN after you’ve already paid $65 or more. A joke of a service. If I could leave a lower star I would.

They never called me and never filled my prescription, just wasted my time.

Your doctor never followed up on a question about drug interactions. Your service told me to hold off on taking the medication he prescribed and wait for the provider to respond. That was THREE DAYS AGO! Your physician staff obviously has no concern for patient safety and I will NEVER use or refer this organization again. I will warn my social media contacts of this disregard for patient safety by your organization and steer them clear of your “services” or disservice in this case!

Their doctor prescribed a medication for me that has major interactions with prescription that I current take and put in the intake questionnaire. Thus far, no doctor has responded to questions about it or prescribe something different, which I find shocking and negligent. In addition, one of my purchases never shipped. Even after 5 days it was still awaiting pickup. It was something I needed to heal, so I’m really frustrated. They finally issued a refund after I asked no less than 6 times. The whole experience has been horrible. No one responds to emails or messages and the doctors seem negligent. I will be asking for a full refund.

This is a horrible mismanaged company, I will not be buying from here again. Just receive my order which they wouldn’t cancel and it’s the wrong product. They sent me boric acid rather than D-mannose. Now I have to contact my credit card company

I would give zero stars if it would let me. This site should not prescribe doxy-prep. In order for doxy prep to work you have to take it in a short time span which is best in 24 hours after sex but you can wait up til 72 hours. I put my order in the morning after and it had been now 3 day and the still haven’t even reviewed my order. You would think when someone is requesting something that is time sensitive you would take action to those first thing. Well now it’s pointless to even take it. I would suggest seeing a real doctor for doxyprep cause these fools won’t get it out to you soon enough.
