I ordered Norethindrone Acetate to delay my period for a vacation and it made it come early instead. Waste of $40. I would have been better off letting it come naturally near the end instead of the very beginning of the trip.

Paid the money and told I would hear back in 24 hours and never heard anything. Had to ask for refund because nothing was done.

Wisp has excellent digital marketing and the beginning of what could be a good onboarding process. But that is where the positives end. Do not buy from Wisp. It is masquerading as a "fast" and "cheap" birth control service when really it is INCREDIBLY time consuming and not cheap at all. First, they fail to ask you the appropriate questions (and never even directly tell you what they need, e.g. blood pressure reading, by when) and there are anywhere from 3-5 different people messaging you (slowly) about the gap in information (due to their own poor process). Then, it turns out, the cost is 8X what they advertise AND 7X what they bill you. First, they charge your credit card. Then, after the slow, frustrating exchange with umpteen people in their "secure messaging platform", they announce your order is ready. Well. Not ready for pickup. Ready for you to pay another 7X on top of what they billed you and you thought you'd signed up for. Maybe I'm just special and got to have a super poor experience with them. But, I doubt I'm special. Buy elsewhere. Wisp is a fraud. Updated: Wisp exchanged emails with me last night, responding to my request for EVIDENCE that they had stated anywhere in their ad/marketing content or during the payment process that I would be charged more than $15. I am happy to share this content with Trustpilot. Wisp simply proves my point. And, as all illegally operating companies do, instead of acknowledging the fraudulent behavior, they simply pretend I didn't call them out .... I predict a class action suit or a bankruptcy in their future.

Took absolutely way too long to ship. What's the point of "skipping the waiting room" if I still have to wait 7+ days for the medication I need. The same-day pickup is only for certain medications, which they don't tell you at the time. Never bothering with them again.

I will not be using wisp or its care providers again! There are more private professional options out there where you won't be charged twice for the same consultation like I was.

Asked and paid for a UTI scrip. They charged my account twice, totaling $130, and sent a scrip for another UTI med that I did not request. All of this was done without input from me. I completed the questionnaire, confirmed my STI status. Funds were debited twice and decisions were made without my input. Very disappointed with Wisp today.

Didn't receive medications. My pharmacy said they never received anything from wisp. it was weird to me that last time they decided to ship my medications then this time they decided on their own to send to the pharmacy. All for the pharmacy to not receive anything

If I could give wisp less than a 1star, I would. Falsely advertise that it would cost $22 for my prescription. When I got to the pharmacy, I was not aware there would be further charges and I was unable to pick up my prescription. Definitely wont recommend wisp to anyone!
