I’ve used Wisp several times and it’s always been smooth sailing. My last ‘visit’ cost significantly more than all the previous ones, unsure why it was so much more, but I suppose it was easier than taking time off work to go wait at urgent care. To me the extra cost is worth it if you’re able to afford it. Definitely not accessible to all which is a bummer.
