Terrible experience. Requested a prescription on Saturday morning at 6am. The doctor prescribed the wrong medication late that afternoon. I contacted support for help and the revised prescription wasn't called in till Monday afternoon, despite multiple follow ups. I will never use this service again.

Unfortunately HelloWISP is bias towards women over 60. I’ve received antibiotics thru their service for UTIs in the past but once I turned 60, no more service. Those over 60, beware. Do not use this service. You will be wasting your time.

Very unreliable during weekends. I’m disappointed that in 2024 you have the audacity to charge and take money from people but don’t have the decency to send my orders to the pharmacy ASAP like I select.

I had a good experience with Wisp the first time I used them for a medication. It arrived in a timely manner. This time however, I have been waiting 5 days and it still has not shipped. I have been suffering through a medical condition that I could have gotten a doctors Rx for last week. Customer service is slow. If you have lots of time to wait and don't mind paying a premium, use them. Otherwise, beware.

Totally deceiving and disingenuous. They offer prescriptions without refil options so they can continue to milk you and leave you unprotected.
