Went ok when getting UTI treatment once in 2023 and 2024 but was a huge hassle the last few days to get it. The doc prescribed me 2 medications, not telling me what the 2nd was even for and charging an extra $50, I declined since I couldn't afford it. Tried again to get antibiotics and was told I couldn't without an at home UTI test kit. Was also told the free at home delivery wasn't available like it was the day before since UTI's need to be treated promptly so this was a massive waste of my time. Id rather spend the extra $100 going to my local prompt care than dealing with this again

I have been trying to get my medication for three or four weeks. At first it was set to be picked up at my pharmacy but there was some reoccurring issue and the pharmacy was saying they were waiting to hear from the doctor. So I reached out to the customer service at wisp and they said we can change it to shipping if I would like so that’s what I did. About a week goes by and still haven’t received my medication, I email them and they say it will be another 3-5 days so I wait and then another week and a half goes by and still nothing. I paid $100 for this medication. Super upset with this company. Go to starfish instead. They’re reliable.

I wish they would review the symptoms a bit more closely. I do agree of the convenience and ease of access to medication but I fear going to an actual practice would be best. The antibiotics that are usually prescribed help so much faster than the ones given too me. I wish they explained a little better how it helps and what to expect.

First time ordering from wisp and I will say I’m not impressed right now. I emailed their support team as they state to find out when my order for 4/3/2025 will be shipped. Mind you they got my money, but I don’t have the product and I’m getting ready to leave on a two week Vacation, sure would be nice to have before I go versus sitting in a mailbox for two weeks in an uncontrolled environment. So today I decide I’m gonna call them and lo and behold, All you get is a generic mailbox that tells you just to email them and they’ll get back to you. Well, it’s been over 24 hours since I emailed and there’s no way to reach customer support. Not sure if I’ll ever order from this company again if the customer service is this poor. And when I log into the portal, it has been saying for several days that they’re waiting on the carrier to pick up the order for order status, well that happens to be the stupid post office who is unreliable and loses stuff.

It is difficult to cancel subscriptions when medication is no longer needed. No reminders are sent of upcoming renewals, so you have to keep track of it yourself. I'm getting billed for more medication when I already have enough to last me another 6 months. Most subscription services at least send out an email warning you a few days before the renewal is getting ready to bill. I would not recommend this service.

The antibiotic prescription was such a low dose one pharmacy didn’t even carry it. Once I got it, it was such a low dosage that it didn’t even work. I wasted time & $65.

This company originally prescribed me a medication to help with an issue i had. I went to refill it, for them to tell me they wont prescribe it to anyone under 40 as it is unsafe to do so. Except that they already did exactly that; they prescribed it originally and then pretended it didn’t happen the next time i went to refill. This seems to be a huge error on their end and im highly dissatisfied that they could screw up so badly. I have used them multiple times in the past, however, i do not think i will return if it is so easy to have something happen like this. This is unfortunate, as i live in a deep red state with abysmal women’s care. Please do better for other customers.

heard from the doctor quickly, but the medical intake forms do not allow me to add any notes or comments I was turned away due to "serious pain" and to go see a doctor. But I couldn't say that it was moderate/mild. I've gotten UTI's before and wanted a less invasive option than going to a doctor or urgent care. BUT I WAS TOLD TO GO THAT ROUTE ANYWAYS—waste of time.
