Love this bag! Looks exactly like in the photo and is good quality too.

I ordered 2 bags from this website and the quality is very very bad. when I wanted to return them, they do nothing to send a courier, they told me to give them the card number, without the order number or anything useful.... PLEASE DO NOT GET ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE! EVERYTHING IS A SCAM!

I was a little nervous seeing as I don't like buying things online but I'm very pleased, the bag didn't stink and the costumer service was great!

I loved the experience buying at Hello Vichy. They have a very friendly and efficient service because they answered my questions quickly and that is appreciated! In addition, the bag arrived in perfect condition and just as it appears in the photo, and of course, in the indicated time. I would repeat without hesitation.

I loved the bag, it feels so soft and good quality. I was scared it wouldn’t handle my things but I can fit my laptop, IPad, book, wallets, snacks and more, without any problem and it still looks gorgeous

I just received my bag and it is not at all what I expected. I saw this brand on pinterest and the bag looked very high quality and what arrived is definitely not. First of all the delivery person said this came from Temu and I would not have bought it if I knew that. I feel like I’ve been duped. I looked into a refund and you can only get store credit. I don’t recommend this at all; not even for the discounted price.

I really liked the bag. It looks like the photo, both in quality and color. The only thing you need to consider is that it is soft and does not have a hard bottom. It is quite roomy.
