My first impression was how quickly our loan officer (Kristina House) responded and she even beat our best offer from a local credit union. During the process, we had a major issue (my wife lost her job) but Kristina, Forrest, underwriting and the entire team did an amazing job communicating on next steps, what they needed from us, and kept us updated as often as they could so we could still close on time. This is my first time buying a home but Kristina did an amazing job walking through the process, expectations and made the whole process go through smoothly.
