The company itself is relatively new in the business, but they have knowledgeable and experienced team and are equipped with a great business model. They gave us the best rates and mortgage terms from the start. I worked with Ted and Raul, and they were amazing. They were transparent with us from the beginning, helpful, and accommodating to our request. Sometimes I even called Ted at 11 pm during a weekend, and he was there for our last minutes requests. And Raul was excellent with the communication, he always made us feel comfortable and made sure everything was done correctly. Couldn't have asked for a better lender to handle my loan application process, and now we are working with them for another loan for our next property!
