We chose Tomo Mortgage because they absolutely blew the competition out of the water when it came to rate and APR. Our team consisted of Erica (Application Advisor), Reuben (Loan Advisor), and Oge (Closer), and they were all fantastic to work with. From the initial loan estimate and pre-approval through closing, the entire process was seamless. Communication was excellent throughout, and everyone was responsive, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful process incredibly easy. I worked with Michael Welsh who came across as caring and confident. I stressed that I wanted low closing cost and a rate that beat the 2 rates I was already quoted. He delivered on both. The closing date had to be pushed back by 8 days, but there were appraisal issues that contributed to that. I would do business with them again.
