I have tried multiple times to delete membership in this company. Each time they offer me two free months. I say I don't want it. I fill out the form that says I dont want the membership - and they still change me. They do nothing but commit fraud.

This company’s service description is misleading. They advertise a service labeled “uninstall/install TV” for $100, which reasonably implies that they will remove the TV from one location and reinstall it in another. However, when the technician arrived, he only unscrewed four bolts, placed the TV on the floor, and stated that installation was not included in the service. According to him, the service covers either uninstalling or installing — not both. This is not what is communicated in the description and creates a false expectation for the customer. The wording clearly suggests a complete uninstall and reinstall service, not a partial task. This experience was frustrating and a waste of time. The service description should be corrected to accurately reflect what is actually included, so other customers are not misled.

I hired HelloTech for Alexa home automation, but the technician they sent had never done this type of work before. He said the company didn’t inform him, and although he eventually found my detailed service request, he hadn’t reviewed it prior to the visit. It seems they assigned whoever was available without properly checking the job requirements.

Do not hire this company believe the bad reviews. The guy shows up doesn't know how to fix my printer calls xfinity. Leaves me on hold with xfinity. I am notified I was being charged. I called them and said you can't charge me he didn't fix my printer they say he showed up?

First experience I had to reschedule 2 x because the tech. 2nd time around I scheduled for 9 am - 1 pm and I don’t appreciate the tech changing my apt to 5 pm without my consent. When I called they told me they couldn’t even get a hold of the tech. It’s unprofessional and it’s bs honestly.

I needed a Ring video camera/light unit repaired. The unit was mounted up high in tge rear of my house. The Hello Tech guy came first of all without a ladder to get to the camera, so aI had to use my own ladder for him. Next, he had absolutely no tools of any sort and the only thing he did was to try to reset the unit, which did not fix the problem. BFinally after a few tries to reset it, I told him to forget it and he left. He was totally inadequate to fix anything, yet alone, a complicated piece of equipment. Upon disputing t h e charge,it was found in Hellotecys favor, which I cannot understand. Be aware. Don't use them for anything.

Horrible!!! I was charged for services that were not provided. Omir and Rose were rude!!!! Please beware of this company!!! They are committing fraud!!!!
