The tech was not the issue. I had two appointments. One for Sunday (with a discount through home warranty) and one for Tuesday (initial booking without discount). The service was completed on Sunday with no issues and after the service I shortly cancelled the Tuesday appointment (which was booked Saturday at 11am). I was charged a $25 cancellation fee. I called and spoke to a representative who said the cancellation fee was valid despite me having completed the same service on Sunday. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, the representative claimed to have been the supervisor. I had to go through my bank to reverse the charge.This is a scam of a company, stay away.

Scheduled appointment to troubleshoot a disastrous sound bar. I knew more about the problem than he did. I refuse to call him a tech.

Waited all day for the tech to come for my CONFIRMED 1-5 appointment window. At 4:45, I clicked on “manage appointment” to see if I could find out where the tech was. That’s when I found out the appointment would have to be rescheduled because they couldn’t find a tech! No notification, no phone call, no text, no email, nothing! I’d still be waiting if I hadn’t clicked that button. The worst part is they’ve already charged my account for the service that hasn’t been performed yet! I’ll think about raising the rating if the tech actually shows up next time.

This is my first time leaving a negative review, but my experience was extremely disappointing. I booked their TV mounting service, and it took three days just to get the appointment scheduled. After that, my appointment was rescheduled more than four times, wasting my time and causing a lot of frustration. This has been the worst service company I’ve ever dealt with. I would not recommend them to anyone.

…….A BAIT AND SWITCH SITUATION !!!!! The times I said ,,3 TVs, 3 remotes and a router ,,,,, after setting up the appt for $86 dollars , she said ok , if u need any OTHER SERVICES THE TECH WILL CALL US AND WE WILL GIVE U A PRICE ,,,,, I said , WAIT , what other services !!!! Then the whole thing unraveled , she said , I said one tv ,,,,??? Then the manager , EDDIE , Confirmed it was now 4 , Four , $ 79 charges , $260 dollars approx ?!!!!!! Beware BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE

Terrible company! I did not do my do my homework on this company! I schedule this company through AHS, my home warranty provider to install a Ring surveillance camera at my home. HELLOTECH assured me that they would be at my home between the hours of 9 - 12. I took time off from my job to be home - I received an email 30 minutes before my appointment stating that they could not make the appointment! I'm very surprised AHS is affiliated with a company such as HELLOTECH!!

What a joke! These guys are awful!!! Do not book anything with them!!!

Had appt scheduled for 9-1 window. Night before received msg appt for 3pm. Was not convenient. Had to move things around. At 2 pm notified tech couldn’t make it & they rescheduled for next day. Again, not convenient & had to cancel plans. 2 hrs before appt received email they couldn’t make it. I will NEVER attempt to use this company again. VERY POOR service & UNRELIABLE
