Right from the start it felt like I was seeing my doctor as I might in the 21st century. Dr. was patient with me and fully answered all my questions and assured me that if anything else comes up I should contact them for more help if needed. Overall a first rate experience.

She took her time, asked me if I had any additional questions several times and informed me how to get answers in the future if I had questions. Experience was amazing. Quick and easy. Just little problem was on my iPhone 7 plus, the app just shuts down when wanting to start the video chat.
