I was very pleased with my experience at HelloMD and specifically Dr. Sharon Olson. She was extremely easy to talk with and very knowledgeable and thorough. She helped me understand the misconception around indica vs sativa. I had always loved sativa, however, due to my anxiety/depression & ADHD, she relayed that sativa would react negatively and invoke more anxiety. Also, sativa can cause more of a "high" and it is illegal to work while high. Instead, she recommended indica and cbd. Her and I also just chatted about social injustice which was awesome! She even gave me two book recommendations, one which was about how changing my diet could affect my overall mental and physical health.
