I am very happy with the HelloMD process and experience. Having moved last year, HelloMD saved me a round-trip 40 mile drive on a very busy freeway to see my previous doctor. The chat process was easy, even for a low-end computer user such as I am. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Andrew Vanderveer and found it easy to converse with him. He offered great ideas to help me cope with the issues which brought me to the website. I am very pleased with HelloMD and Dr. Vanderveer.
