Easy registration and quick connection with an administrator who placed me in a queue. I put the video viewer into the background and read the news for 10 minutes before Doctor Lichtenstein arrived. The doctor was friendly and helpful and the whole renewal process took no longer than 5–10 minutes.

The doctor talked with me for a bit and got my background. After he was able to get me my rec right away. He checked in to see my knowledge of edibles and cbds which I thought was helpful. Also, he was very friendly and I felt I could ask about questions without feeling embarrassed.
