Very helpful assistance on the website. Quick response from online assistants and helpful video conference with the MD.

They still have some technical issues to work out and customer service isn't well staffed enough, but overall it wasn't too difficult to go through the process.

My doctor was very knowledgeable and gave me some excellent recommendations for helping with my specific concerns. He was very thorough and took time to talk to me about my questions and concerns. A+

The whole process was excellent. Easy to follow online forms, though the picture uploads don't work well on an iPad. Talking to a doctor was just as easy - The intake person (sorry forgot her name!) was very friendly and helpful and my doctor was well informed and friendly. He listened to my questions and answered them to my satisfaction. Really impressed with the professionalism!
