The wait for a doctor was longer than I expected - they said they were busy when I called. The HelloMD support staff was great at helping me understand the process and was exactly right on the time spent waiting - 15 minutes. The doctor was very knowledgeable and took the time to make good recommendations to me.

My experience with Dr. Park was superb! He is extremely professional and very knowledgeable about his understanding of fibromyalgia. My experience in meeting with him was above and beyond what my personal expectations were and I'm inclined to expect a lot, if not too much in regards to many aspects of my life. He was not only knowledgeable but he was highly intelligent, as was obvious! I'd highly recommend him to anyone. He was very thorough and understanding and has a warm and compassionate understanding of what it is like living with chronic pain. He also gave me a couple of great tips as to how I might learn to manage my own personal experience with fibromyalgia. I am a 65 year old woman and was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 3 months before I turned 60 and 3 months before my initial attack and it was terrifying to say the least. I could not even walk and from the neck down felt like I'd been run over by a bus about 50 times. In fact, everyone that I spoke with there were incredibly helpful, patient and understanding as I initially had some issues getting my account set up and I felt like everyone and in particular Bart helped me immensely. YES, I would and will most definitely recommend people I know but am living in SoCal now after living in the Bay Area for 37 years so am still trying to make friends and learn my way around. Thank you for making what I had feared to be intimidating "anything but" intimidating. It was an A+ experience.
