Dr. Solomon was extremely helpful, thorough, and well-informed. He inquired about my particular situation and seemed to genuinely care. He took all the time I needed and encouraged questions and a nice discussion.

I did it on a weekend so I had to wait a couple times to talk to a doctor which was a bit annoying (and weekdays might be different), but the actual consultation was great. So easy, he was straight forward and super helpful.

Having ADHD of course I didn't renew my rec in time. So at the last minute I scramble on to HelloMD to get it situated and demand was very ... well you know. So I waited patiently for 2 hours, only for the receptionist to tell me my camera wasn't working and she couldn't see me and I would have to restart my phone, and be placed back on the que. Did I mention I have Adhd? Aargh?!! I restart the phone and waited and waited and..., and time ranout for that day. Next day first thing I log on, get the same receptionist and she remembered me and was just as professional and nice as the evening before. I was promptly connected with Dr. Ulin Sargeant , who recommended a trial of CBD or mix before betime. I looking forward to trying that, because I think it's the missing link to ridding myself of the anxiety that follows adhd (for me) I've never written a review before, but I'd like to acknowledge the professionalism of HelloMD, Dr. Ulin Sargeant and of KushFly

I met with a doctor today for an evaluation using HelloMD, and he was great! Very courteous and friendly, quick but thorough and enjoyable to speak with. Thank you for such a great experience! :)

I originally went to the True Farma website and ordered cannabis products and paid for them on Pay Pal, then I got an email that said I needed a doctor's consultation and that helloMD would send me a link in an email. I never got an email so True Farma contacted HelloMD and they finally sent me a link. I filled out the information and paid a fee then HelloMD said they would send me an email with a link for a video conference with a doctor. I did get the email but everytime I tried to get a doctor's consultation I got a message that said they had high volume and try back in 30 minutes. I did this for a few hours and got nowhere so I decided to try the chat feature and make an appointment. They said the next available appointment was in 6 days! I made the appointment and asked how to log into it and they explained how to join a video conference. I tried to follow their instructions but did not find it on the True Farma website so I went to the HelloMD website and found the way to join a consultation with a doctor, installed the video conference file, and saw a doctor in 15 minutes. So the moral of my story is go to the HelloMD website to request a doctor consultation and don't get jerked around for an afternoon like I did.

My doctor, Bernard Lichtenstein, was very helpful in recommending the proper medicine for my needs. Thank you very much for your help.

Would recommend this to anyone. Quick and easy, and the doctors cut to the chase and recommend strains based on your condition. Very happy with my dr.
