The doctor could meet with me on a weekend which is great given my schedule. She was friendly and she clearly knew her stuff. She immediately had recommendations for me and provided it to me in writing. As this was online, it would have been helpful to know what happens next. Once the doctor disconnected, I was left not knowing what would happen next. But their online customer service was available and immediately walked me through the rest of the process.

HelloMD service was really good. Fast, great support team and the doctor who saw me was extremely good. Not only he knew everything about my diabetes and gave me great tips on how to care for it as he explain specifically how other medications can help. Really liked him.

The doctor was super nice and the service was prompt. I benefited from the convenience of being able to consult with the doctor over video chat. It made speaking with her super comfortable. It takes a little longer than 5 minutes for the doctor to finish all their notes, after the consultation. The web page says something along the lines as only having to wait about 5 minutes, but it did take longer. Total time it took was only a little over an hour; so worth the price too!!!

The Dr. was smart to have signs to explain the different kinds of marijuana as I was not in full understanding of the CBD Tincture and the TCH edibles. Her explanations were very informing. Thank you all for your assistance!
