HelloMD seems to be getting more popular which is good but it looks like it is taking more time now to see the doctor virtually than if I were to head downtown to park and go in a place in San Francisco. Beyond that it is convenient if you are at the computer and have things to do while you wait. If you are on your phone, the app has to stay on... sooo... your battery may die. The doctor was very nice. Appointment was pain free and I'd use it again but I'd make time to be at my computer for an hour or more.

I was apple to take care of my renewal while at work. The customer reps were super friendly and the doctor was kind. He offered solid recommendations based on my needs. And like I said all of this was handled while I was working. Easy and painless.
