I liked my doctor and she had valuable information to share that I really appreciate. It did appear as if she was reading a script though at times which made it feel less personal. I couldn't tell if she was looking at script or just plain distracted but trying to stay focused. I do understand that technology does have its gliches though we couldn't hear each other at times either. Over all, I am confident that she knew her stuff and was very detailed.

The doctor (Dr. Gresen) was very nice and informative, and made the recommendation process stress free. Downsides to this website are that it requires you to pay before you finish your application, and then requires you to download an app in order to video chat with the MD. Downloading and app, in reality, is not that annoying, but I happened to have a difficult time with the download (not compatible with MacBook) and I had to chat with an employee on the website in order to get it worked out. All in all, the whole experience took about 45 minutes from start to finish-including the difficulty with the download, so I’m sure the process can take less time for some people- either way, it was a lot easier than my previous experiences of waiting in an office for 1-2 hours to get my recommendation.

doctor was very good, friendly, concise and understood my condition. he also gave me quite good advice on how to use cannabis for my symptoms in a more effective way.

Dr. Olson was helpful, informative, made good summaries of pertinent information and listened to my specific needs.

This Doctor gave me the "honest is the best policy treatment" no complaints. I look forward to trying out the suggestions given.
