Given the experienced I've had with other alternative doctors, I did not feel any rapport and/or felt welcome by tonight's doctor.

Don't download Zoom.me from your computer, it corrupted my Macbook Pro emails BAD, spent 2hr with My Apple people to get it working again...better to download from your phone or iIpad. everything else was great. They actually people and doctor's were wonderful! I would of edited my previous review but didn't see that option.

He was a little argumentative....otherwise fine.

My appointment was quick, which is good and bad. I was expecting the doctor to be more personable, but she was quick and to the point. I would appreciated someone warmer to make the experience nicer, but it did the job.

So, do I ever actually get a real, legal, doctors prescription from the North Carolina MD, with his license number on it and statement for cannabis sent to me here in Santa Rosa, California? All seems a bit nebulous, except the part where they take your money upfront, that part is really clear. Also, it would appear that the so called "Cannabis Collective" I was required to join may be planting cannabis plants in my name, using my ID, etc. and not telling me about that part. Ah yes, the tiny details of business honesty.

The doctor that I met with seemed rushed and got aggravated when I asked questions. I assume this is because she had a lot of patients to get to.

My first time getting a card, and got the feeling the doctor was in a hurry to get the meeting over with. I wasn't comfortable asking questions.

As an 82 yr old first time prospective user for pain relief i felt the doctor although very friendly went to fast.If there are explanatory notes i either have not received them or don't know how to access them.The on line process in some areas is very confusing and non intuitive for a senior with scant computer skills.The live video is jerky and voices out of sinc.For a person as myself who has never been tipsy,smoked etc and was taking a big leap into a new lifestyle it was a very stressful experience.
