Optimal bedside manners. Highly professional with experience and internist knowledge. Her questions were appropriate and meaninful. The physician asked a number of time this patient for proof of understanding and if more questions were there. She lustened first and only after all the facts and a continuous visual assessment was made, she made her diagnosis and presented her valuable suggestions. Much appreciated support. This was a quick, easy process (lightyears ahead of my last recommendation!). Dr Landa was professional, caring, and concerned (far more so than most of the doctors I've dealt with through my cancer diagnosis!). I strongly recommend this service and Dr. Landa specifically; I wish she was my primary care physician!
