Hello, helloMD. I gather you are new to the internet. Nobody told you that people who want to unsubscribe but aren't allowed to, simply mark you as spam? Well, here's your heads up.

John, Thank you for that feedback. In general, our messages do contain Unsubscribe links. The exception is 'transactional emails' which we use when someone has paid for service, but has yet to see a doctor. In that case, we need to be sure we reach them. However, in this case, I see this email should have the unsubscribe link, but it has been omitted. I will correct that right away. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the heads-up. I hope you enjoyed the other parts using the HelloMD service. Mark

The service works as claimed, though you have to download yet another app to do the video conference. The doctor was much nicer and more knowledgable than doctors I have met with in-person for this. I recommend it!

Hi Sam, Thank you for the review. Yes, you do need to download an additional app however, when we release our new IOS app for the phone, this will be integrated. I loved the convenience and professionalism of everyone I encountered. I was hesitant to have my recommendation letter mailed to me because I have a need for discretion. I wish the envelope did not have the Hello MD logo. A simple Google says it all for anyone that is curious.

The process was very fast. At the end of the evaluation, I had asked an additional question, and the doc was in the middle of answering when his remote connection ended. I waited about 3 minutes to see if he re-joined (my end was still in conference), but he never did. That was a bit jarring. When I reported this, the staff offered to set up another conference, but I declined. I will definitely recommend HelloMD.
