Make no mistake. This IS best service out there by far. I have a chem background and enjoy the art of making extracts so I consider myself to be we versed in the cannabis world. And even with how well versed I was, the doctor I spoke was still able to educate me some more. The only reason I will not be returning is because I am allowed to grow 90 plants and HelloMD could not offer me the same rec card. They can only offer the minimum of \what is legally allowed. I'll still have to go to my clinic to renew my rec card that allows 90 plants.

The video connection did not work well as it kept cutting out and losing audio and video. It probably was the WIFI at my motel. But it made for a difficult interview. But overall it was a great service and suited my congested time schedule very well. I would definitely recommend HelloMD to a friend.

I had difficulties with formatting a photo and also filling out questions. At one point all previously entered medical info was gone for instance. All in all it was good. Definitely much better than sitting endlessly in some evaluations place.

The overall experience was great. The whole process took less than half an hour. Price was on the lower side for recommendation services. And Dr. Edmunds is very thorough. I checked his credentials, and his cirriculum vitae is impressive. I had a little hiccup getting my actual card in the mail, but they fixed it no problem.
