Doctor was fast and explained quickly as if she wanted to get off the phone. When asked if I had any further questions, I felt the doctor didn't want me to have any other questions and since her voice sounded high strung, impatient, and unpleasant, I decided to let her go without further questions. Maybe she was stressed out? Her voice and tone definitely showed distress, irritation, and maybe some anger.

She was fine, professional and to-the-point. Perhaps a bit abrupt for my taste, but I was glad it was quick. No real complaints.

The Doctor was wonderful, very efficient. He gets 5 starts. Hated the web interface. Very difficult to navigate, especially for someone who doesn't know the computer very well. All in all, am very grateful for this service. Thank you! Robin

I'm grateful for the service and value and would definitely recommend. However I found the Dr's response to all of my health issues very harsh. No one with my health problems feels good about them. The comments by the doctor suggested I brought them on myself when in fact I've lived a drug free life other than prescribed drugs. I have no chemical or alcohol addictions and have never been a smoker. Some reassurance for seeking an alternative medication would have been nicer.

Everyone on chat seemed very helpful, but when it came time to be interviewed by the doctor, I was put off by her brusqueness. She seemed too much in a hurry to get off the line. And even though she asked if I had questions, you can tell what she really meant was you better not have any questions. She had no introduction, seemed almost rude, and did not want to be disturbed. Not really good, especially for those who are new to this.
