This is a great way to get a Medical MJ card (while we still need one) from the comfort of your own home or anywhere for that matter. Took a bit to figure out that the medical hx form doesn't like fractions i.e height 6'1/2"...nope 6 1 works just fine but was able to text someone at the site and troubleshoot the issue. Highly recommend.
