I was thankful for the quick and simple explanations to the few questions that i had to ask, as well the very professional (but not unaproachable) presence my doctor exuded. The ready made flash cards were easy to follow and allowed me to LEARN about what im to be using. Overall im just glad that i was talking to someone who appeared to know what they were talking about.
