Dr. Gresen, I believe is how its spelled, or as he told me to call him Arthur was awesome. Such a friendly person to consult with. He made it easy to explain my situation and it felt much more light-hearted than a normal consultation might be.

I'm not techy so I was concerned I would have problems signing up. Not the case was so easy. Receptionist was very friendly. Wait time was short to meet with Dr. Dr Ulin Sargeant was very thorough and fast.

The entire process of creating an account and uploading my information was seamless! HelloMD made it extremely easy to get started and the app for the doctors appointment was great too. I thoroughly enjoyed my chat with Dr. Gresen. He had read through my concerns which I had entered into my application before the meeting, and he made so many great and tailored recommendations for me. The process of setting up video chat, because I had never done it before, was a bit confusing for me at 80 Years old.
