The tumor has affected how fast he processes things so it was a frustrating few hours but the customer service staff were amazingly responsive and patient with us as we downloaded the proper apps to finally connect. Once connected, Melissa worked fast to connect us with Dr. Gerhart who gave us so much useful and sensible information and advice for going about using cannabis, as we are all novices here. Thank you for making this, overall, an amazing experience.
