I found HelloMD a little difficult to navigate, but I'm 60+ so no big surprise. The "chat" team was invaluable, though in exasperation at my being technically illiterate they kept trading me off between the 3 of them. They were very polite, but I could tell they were rolling their eyes at me like my kids do :) I especially liked being able to have a face to face with Dr. Gerhart. She was very helpful discussing my condition with me and explaining the difference between THC and GBD levels. She never once rolled her eyes :) I've become a "member" at two local dispensaries, but am waiting for my recommendation with the gold seal to arrive. Then I'll see if this all really works.
