Website is simple and the doctor was great. However the delays of 5 days reaching a doctor and the phone hold period of about 45 minutes requires much improvement. Improve time process and it's 5 stars.

The doctor gave me what I needed (a medical cannabis card) but she went way too fast, which I understand might be because of the amount of patients she has to see but still I didn't feel like my appointment was very individualized. She seemed annoyed/bothered the entire time and never smiled. The staff at HelloMD was very helpful and kind. I would just say a word of advice to the doctor, please have better bedside manners, especially for a brand new patient who has never held a medical cannabis card before.

I had many difficulties getting connected with Zoom, instructions could be more detailed. Perhaps you could send the troubleshooting download with the sign up process instead of waiting until there are problems. It took quite a bit of chatting before they suggested this and sent it to me. Also, they were having a shortage of doctors, so getting into the Q took perseverance.

Dr. Olson was amazing. She listened to me and gave me professional advice. I could tell she was a caring, intelligent and respectable doctor. She deserves a 5 star review. However, after paying a fee for a consultation, I was informed that I did not need to schedule an appointment. I logged on every single day (multiple times a day) to connect with a doctor for consultation, and was finally forced to schedule an appointment over a week out (when I was originally told I didn't have to make an appointment). Extremely unorganized.

It was a reasonable experience. Not great; not bad. They make a big deal about being "always open", which is silly because I was immediately disappointed when I had to make an appointment for the next day. I had to install Zoom, which is fine, but it didn't work with my webcam. They were 15 minutes to start the appointment, then waited another 15 for the doctor, who was brusque -- to put it politely. The bottom line is that it's easier than having to go somewhere and hang out with a bunch of stoners and then meet with some strange guy, but that's about it.

The concept was really exciting, the execution was seriously flawed! I had to wait over 30 minutes, in Skype limbo. It was so inefficient, I should have just raced over to my local back alley office. It was a hassle, and in the future I will look elsewhere to renew my certification!

My doctor was very helpful in the certain canabis that I should be taking . Also very nice and completely private in meeting . Thank you very much for your help. :)
