I spoke with two nurse practitioners, Julie and Wendy, who were both very knowledgeable, helpful, personable, and compassionate. The New York computer system was uncooperative with Julie and I wanted to start the process to get my card before the system would be down for an upcoming holiday, so was allowed to consult with Wendy to expedite the process. Wendy stayed past her shift to make sure I was registered. They were both great and I had a very good experience with each.

Dr. Laura was understanding and very knowledgeable. She was helpful and took time going over the information. I appreciated her compassion for my situation.

I was pleasantly surprised that the doctor was so nice and easy to talk with. I would like to have her as my primary doctor if her office is close to me.

Very nice. Asked diligent questions and explained how to ask anything in follow up. I have done this a few times and very nice doctor this time.
