No real bedside manner, but I was forewarned about that. The video conference volume was a bit too loud but the whole process was pretty easy and efficient.

Had to wait a day before I was able to speak to an doctors due to some doctors being out sick. Overall, great experience with knowledgeable doctors with good advice

I really don't have any overwhelming complaints and I've already recommended this site to a friend. I do wish that all the mentions of "instant" at the beginning were tempered with something about how that's dependent on how many doctors are available at a time. Doctor was great, experience was great, really not much to complain about but that and it's not a dealbreaker at all.

The service was quite busy when I was registering and waiting for a doctor consult, but the HelloMD staff were very friendly and helpful and worked to get me a consultation quickly. The consultation was comfortable and the doctor was cordial.

I dont remember her name but, she spoke nice and loud so i could hear her. Im hard of hearing so that is imprtant to me.
