The doctor who gave me my recommendation on HelloMD was knowledgeable, very helpful in providing information (particularly on the impact of the different forms of intaking cannabis) and warm. While I liked my doctor very much, I would have strongly preferred that my doctor had a more professional appearance and that the background was more professional looking. I think I would have more confidence and respect in someone who takes the time to have a professional experience. (My doctor was dressed in what looked like a track suit jacket and looked like just came in from completing a work out. And the background was of kitchen shelving.) The doctor on the HelloMD team (Perry) is professional looking - clean, has a white jacket on, etc. If you are going to do video appointments (as opposed to just audio calls) I think you need to have stricter standards around attire and background.

Well she got the job done quickly. That's the best I can say. She seemed like she was in a hurry to move one to the next person. It would have been nice to be able to ask a couple of simple questions but that was not to be. All this was simply a rubber stamp approach from her.

Very good doctor

Had a very difficult time with the site and the app. There were some "issues" going on and I must say when I did contact support, they were back to me immediately, but I had to go to my laptop and browser to input several items and redo several things. As far as dealing with the people once everything was put in there were no problems at all. Very helpful, polite, and the the wait time was acceptable. Doctor was helpful, knowledgable and answered all my questions and didn't rush me at all.

Truthfully, after I finally got connected, it was great. Getting connected was the hard part. I spent two hours staring at my phone on Friday. It was just as bad on Saturday. Today, I finally got to talk to fomeone. It still took about 30 minutes.

Did her job, but not very personable. Seemed very rushed, she never smiled, was gone instantly after last question. She was very effective only for the purpose of getting my authorization and letting me know how to use the products and conveying the associated cautions of using the products. I would want someone a little more personable as a primary care physician or for treatment of anything serious. But then again, that is not the application here.

Most important the doctor was great. I had Sherellen Gerhart. She gave me some great ideas about products for my back pain and was very efficient and helpful. The only reason I have given 3 stars was the overall time involved. The app is good and the process for getting started for the recommendation was easy. But it was more than 2 hours from start to finish. So that's the only reason for 3 stars. It took almost 90 minutes to get into the mtg and another 30 min for the doctor to come on. It would have been a much better experience if you had the option in the app to make an appointment vs just having to wait. But overall I would still do it again because even tho I had this long wait it was still in the convenience of my own home and the doctor was great. Also customer service is very efficient (I had to contact them for help with my account verification and they were great).
