Doctor was great but the wait was waaaayyyy to long. I payed on Saturday and didn't get to see a doctor till Monday.

Excellent organization. Friendly & very knowledgeable staff. I highly recommend them.

The doctor was not very personable. My first intake doctor was much more engaging and knowledgeable.

I met with Dr. Marie President MD. She was thorough, professional, and very accessible. Leading up to that was a bit rough. I was told 15 minutes and I waited 45 minutes.

Been trying for a week to get contact with doctor for video chat. Relieved doctor's are on break, or receiving unexpected amount of approvals. Contacted Malissa, and was told they are short of doctorsand can not handle amount of new patients. I reminded her it is legal in California, and they have a scam going on. I am a disabled person that they are denying medication to. "Get it togeather guys." Money has, or will be refunded I was told. I just go to other dispensary. You can have all this computer "bs" What a scam..........

I've tried multiple times for 2 days to get a consultation but i just keep getting told to try again and thirty minutes, and when i do try again in 30 minutes i get the same message

Maybe it's getting to much traffic these days, but after paying the fee I was unable to get a dr. consult. Kept saying they didn't have enough people on duty or had some people call in sick, etc. Really made a convenient service not so great. Still waiting to be seen...

I have a diagnosed connective tissue disorder and mentioned that I had tried everything for pain short of prayer. It was a joke, but then started questioning me about it. I said I was atheist so it doesn't make sense for me, and he started giving me a speech about how my thoughts are making me sick etc. Totally inappropriate. Also he seemed totally high and not focused on what I was saying.
