While the logistics of getting online were not the smoothest, the doctor all but made up for it with his honest approach and inquiry. My first experience with getting a Rx was almost comical given how quickly it was recommended without any questions asked. This doctor ensured that my condition was legit (as much as he can given the Skype nature of the appointment) and provided feedback. As a newbie to this world it was much appreciated

The doctor I spoke with was very knowledgeable and helpful, she was pleasant and kind. I felt very comfortable working with her, but we got interrupted by another important phone call on my end and unfortunately I didn't get her name. Getting to the doctor interview part was a little more of a clunky experience than I expected. You pay up front, and then learn that all their doctors are busy and you need to keep calling back to reach one. Great service, so it gets a lot of business!

Once I was connected with a doctor, the process was very efficient. However, it took many attempts to actually reach a doctor due to high 'call volumes'.
