I had a bit of trouble uploading my information but the online staff were more than helpful getting me through the process. I also had trouble going to the Zoom app as my mac did not understand the address. Once I switched to the ipad, everything ran smoothly. My Doctor was knowledgable and caring and offered good advice for my Medicine. Overall because of the staff, I give this 5 stars.

Dr.Vanderveer was quick and attentive to my questions and exhibited a medicinal knowledge that helped me to best understand how I would be able to treat any issues I may have.

My experience with HelloMD was straightforward and professional. The Customer Service Agents (online and live video) were helpful and personable. Dr. Gresen was informative and professional as well. Very thorough in addressing my concerns and answering questions.

Dr. Sharon Olson was wonderful! We discussed my health issues and in addition to cannabis she recommended some other vitamins I could benefit from. She was very friendly, listened to my ailments and gave quite a few recommendations for me to try. I was very pleased with our conversation and her knowledge.

This doctor was clear, very patient ( I am a rookie) and helpful. I was able to ask as million questions and felt "taken care of" the way doctors are supposed to make you feel.
