Extremely convenient, I had to wait about 20-25 minutes for the doctor (keep in mind that once you initiate the call on your smartphone, you have to keep the video chat open & might get cut off if you get an incoming phone call). Doctor was polite but firm about proper medicinal use. I left off 1 star because after 2 weeks I still haven't received my embossed card. Mitigated because HelloMD transmits the rec directly to participating dispensaries.
