He seemed tired at the time of our interview, as witnessed by a yawn and a couple of eye rolls. I've never had a face-to-face interview via computer before, so it was already awkward for me to begin with. Also, telling a complete stranger why you're depressed, didn't make it easier, but made it more difficult because he seemed exhausted.

I wouldn't say there was friction, but I am a first time MJ card holder and I felt that the meeting was extremely rushed and she spouted off information as if I knew all there was to know about marijuana, and I have no clue what I am doing. So I will have to rely on the distributors to help me out. She did ask if I had any questions, but again, as a first time card holder, i don;t really know what to ask. I felt that she just wanted to blow thru the consultation and get on with her evening. No bedside manor at all. I am hoping that I can choose another physician that can trust with my concerns. I am however glad that I was accepted/authorized to receive a card. I just feel like I am flying blind. I am sure that will all change with time.

Video quality was horrible. Very choppy. The doctor seemed fine, but the whole experience was impacted by sketchy video.

Did not like my doctor Olson. I've have been using marihuana for 25 plus years and now she's telling me I need to use CBD as i'll get memory loss if because she doesn't like hybrids. I appreciate the education behind it, but not the slightly belligerent way it was shared. The rest of the process was super easy

He was very nice

This was not the first time I have used a teleservice and found HelloMD to be a better experience. I do think the price is steep for those of us who are on fixed incomes; I left the last service because after years of being a loyal patient, they refused to give me a Senior discount. I had no intention of continuing to reward greed. With HelloMD, it was initially a bit of a chore to upload data but once we got over that hurdle, the interview with the Doctor was smooth & professional. She could have probably saved herself some effort if she'd asked if I had a current recommendation, rather than running thru the standard list of questions. All in all, it was painless and I'd recommend HelloMD to other patients.

The Doctor who interviewed me was very knowledgeable on Fibromyalgia. He gave me very good advice on how to manage my condition.
