I had my consult today, and I very much liked my doctor. I told her that I would recommend HelloMD to anyone needing assistance getting a medical card in New York State. It is affordable, it is hassle free, there are no long waits. I am still waiting for receipt of an email "from her," which she said I would receive and which would contain what I needed when accessing NYS's medical marijuana program website to register for my permanent card.

Easy to setup an account and to talk with an MD. I would recommend this to anyone

Perhaps it's the privacy settings on my computer but I found the steps to be a little clunky in getting through the process. That said, when I did click on the Chat to request help navigating the website the responses were quick, clear and informative.
