The initial account creating process was the only thing I had trouble with. So I ended up with a very strange username. Other then that it was easy and efficient. The doctor was nice and not difficult to talk to.

My interview with HelloMD doc was much more brief than my appointments with MediCann docs in other years, and with Dr. Wm. Courtney, but I appreciate the speed with which the online appointment occurred and how quickly HelloMD sends out their scripts and cards. Much quicker than MediCann, if the card actually arrives in a few days, as I was told it would.

my experience was a good one on hellomd. site and set up was easy and quick. had my appointment within 5min. my experience with the appointment was interesting. maybe because it was my first time. i don't know why i expected my doctor to be in a office or in a more professional setting i could clearly tell it was her living room with. i know it doesn't matter because it's online but in terms of authenticity i was sceptical of the site after that. also i felt that this is very much assembly line work for these doctors i felt that it was very rushed which since i was nervous anyway that worked out in my favor but for some people who like to ask questions i didn't feel like i should ask more than the one question i did ask because of the urgency i did feel. overall my doctor was nice and it wasn't a threatening feeling or judgmental situation at all, which ultimately is really all i need. my card came 2 days later and its been great

Dr. Jacquelyn Lewchalermwong She was actually excellent, but the reception made it very difficult to ask the questions I wanted to ask, and always clearly understand her questions and responses. I have no way of knowing whether the problem was with my reception or came from your end, but it did make communication difficult. I definitely liked her and respected her ability to get to the essence of things quickly and gently. She is well versed in the difficulties of drugs and and my personal desire to stop the use of opium like substances. OxyCodone is a difficult drug to stop and replacing it with medical marijuana will be a task. But she was encouraging and very helpful. I am determined and she was fully supportive. Thanks Doc!!
