I liked Dr. S. Osborn. She gave some great information. I wish I could download and keep it on hand for looking up information at a later time.

You can tell she has had a long day, but we is very efficient and knowledgeable.

The UX of the app is not great, not intuitive. The color of buttons and text is so light that you don't know if they are active or not.

Unfortunately I followed three separate links (one from shopping 2 from customer service ) (all the same link) which were all promised me to give me an initial recommendation price either 39 or $49 ended up having to pay 69 total with tax and everything only complaint Fake links to fake discounts My doctor was great though and I received an email the same day which gave me my general card which the shop I wanted to go to accepted which means I was able to get my medication the same day so overall a good experience

Very impressed with HelloMD from application form, to app, to interview with Michelle, no, darn, was telling a friend about the experience a few hours ago but now ...name gone. Sorry not to have made a note as she asked the right questions to come cup with a prescription that consider my needs. Sh was engaged, observant, warm, and helpful.

Signing up for HelloMD via iPhone is pretty straightforward, though it takes a little time. As there are several steps, it would be good to have a way to log out and save a partially completed application. Since there isn't, make sure you're not in a rush. Also, from the app, it's hard to upload an existing ID photo; you have to shoot a new mug shot. Interview with the doctor was very professional, and she had suggestions for products that would be good starting points, useful for pain relief and non-intoxicating.

Dr. Olson was terrific; professional, courteous, thorough and educational. She couldn't have been more pleasant or helpful and i found the whole experience top-notch.

The Doctor seemed competent and trustworthy. He was attentive, easy going and friendly. He asked several more questions to help clarify my symptoms and expectation and he gave me a realistic assessment of what to expect. I had a positive experience.
