I have never done anything like this before and I was a bit challenged but the staff was amazing and helpful... for people like me and have issues with technology I highly suggest use the chat line those people on there are great and so helpful... wish they would give some of the people in the medical offices I've been in a class in Being Polite Etiquette ... as far as the Doctor she was great ... wish she had an office in my area ... she walked me through what she felt I needed ... I was just looking for an ointment but she reminded me the pain is within my body just not on the outside ... I have unbelievable nerve pain and she guided me on what she felt would be the best solution for me.. I'm finally feeling after 2 years I may be able to finally get my pain under control ... I'm so excited to begin this route ...
