The whole process was a pleasant experience..however, The ID and paperwork did not arrive after 2 weeks.. So I contacted them and they very quickly sent out a replacement ID and the embossed paper, which arrived about 3 business days later. Everyone was very polite, the dr was very nice and helpful.. the entire process was very easy, besides the ID card not arriving as fast as I had originally hoped, but that was quickly resolved.. Thanks HelloMD.. Would recommend to anyone.. Thanks

I spoke to Dr. Lewchalernwong. She was very kind and sympathetic to my medical issues. She was also very knowledeable about the different products available. The only issue was she said my letter to order my products would be emailed to me within 15 minutes and I have not received them yet. I was planning to order my products tonight and now I might have to wait. Otherwise, she was very nice, and helpful about what products and dose I should order. I liked her very much. Thank you.
